Ranch Worker needed

Need a dependable, strong worker to do various ranch work over the summer. Examples: run tractor with brush hog; string trimmer; fence repair; sharpen mower blades; clean horse stalls; clean aquatic weeds out of pond. Other physical tasks that I can no longer perform. Hours: 15-20 per week, mostly you select dates and times to work. Once agreed, date and time are set though. Pay: $15/hour paid weekly with potential for 20% bonus paid on August 31 if you always show up when we agree you will work (only exception for missing work due to verified family emergencies or personal illness.)
