Our company, Repair to Close, is seeking a home repair specialist / contractor to work with an existing experienced contractor currently working for the company. We specialize in helping real estate agents in making repairs to homes based off an inspection report or walkthroughs to help list a home. Based off of working with professional agencies and clients the new hire must be professional - show up on time and be professional in the presence of clients. New hire must have some experience in construction type work whether in sheet rock/wall repair, trim work repairs, siding repairs, deck repairs, and painting. Minor skills in some GFCI replacement or repairing leaks would be helpful but not a must. Salary will be based on experience. We provide workman's compensation and liability insurance. And we pay $.35 cents a mile to and from each job.
