Elite Custom Coatings is one of the leading powder coating facilities in the Triangle. We are growing and our team is too! We are currently looking to fill two positions on our powder coating team. The first position is an entry level general labor position, and the second position is an experienced powder coater. Must be willing to show up to work on time and work hard. These are manual labor positions helping to support our powder coating department. Responsibilities may include sandblasting, prepping metal for coating, pick-ups and deliveries and spraying the powder coating on products. The position is full-time, 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, with an opportunity for overtime. Previous powder coating experience is not necessary, we will train the right person. We are willing to train the right candidate to learn how to powder coat after their initial training. Drug-free workplace. Pay is hourly based on experience with weekly paychecks. Starting pay rate for the entry level position will be $14-$15/hr.
