Courier Express is currently seeking a 3rd Shift Warehouse Manager Qualifications: • Inventory Management • High School diploma or GED required • Minimum of 2+ years experience in a leadership role • Must have warehouse leadership experience in shipping, receiving, or inventory • Proficient in Microsoft Office Excel, Word Responsibilities: • Leads and coordinates activities of workers concerned with picking, receiving, loading, inventorying, case picking and replenishment functions • Coordinate and oversee the daily activities of warehouse personnel under the direction of the Operations Manager / Supervisor ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (Other Duties May Be Assigned) • Audits tasks performed by warehouse personnel including inbound and outbound • Perform cycle counts, bay audits and physical inventories as needed • Complete all reports and records in a timely and accurate fashion • Ensure that daily equipment inspections are performed properly • Communicate with Customer Service and Transportation personnel as needed • Monitor product disposition to ensure good space management and completes re-warehousing functions to facilitate the put away of incoming inbound freight • Carries out Lead responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies • Responsibilities include training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; addressing complaints and resolving problems • While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to stand; walk; sit; reach with hands and arms; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl • The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds Courier Express is a family owned company founded in 1985 with a commitment to quality and service.
