I keep having a dream of singiNg in a band influenced by Amy Winehouse and the Alabama Shakes. I love Amy’s creative vocals, low range and vocal expression, behind the beat singing, and the multitude of influences that inspired her music, as well as her dope ass band. I love Brittany’s amazing vocal style, creative song writing and styling and her performance style. Her band says everything. What does this mean? A lot. Not only will you need to be good but creative. Have your own musical influences but have a musical open mind. I’m sure with the right musician mix, we can achieve something unique whether its the original idea or not.
