Have several small repair jobs that I need a handyman to help with:
1) Kitchen Sink - need to replace sagging cabinet base under sink with a simple frame and new base.
2) Dishwasher - prior owner did not install correctly. Need to put dishwasher on a small base frame, level and attach to underside of counter, and cut/install a kickboard.
3) Bathroom Tub - vertical tiles on the front of a drop-in tub have come loose. Need to re-do adhesive and re-grout 8-10 tiles.
4) Skylights - paint is peeling on four skylight frames from condensation. Need to scrape, prime and repaint a the frames.
5) Roof - Need to clear gutters and also apply moss-out with sprayer.
Looking for someone to do the work this week - send me a text or email with your hourly rate and availability. Could lead to regular ongoing work on the property.
