My Heating/cooling contractor has left our renovation project and I need to find another LICENSED & INSURED contractor to finish the boiler replacement. I have two propane boilers in my 2 unit old building which needs to be replaced by new ones. Both boilers should be replaced by RHEEM Prestige 9.9 GPM Propane Liquid High Efficiency Combi Boiler with 199000 BTU We got the new boilers The contractor need to 1. Secure the required licenses 2. Pressure check the system for leaks 3. replace the old Boilers with New ones Similar to previous contractor, I am offering $5K and the job needs to be done by end of June.
