Hello hello, my little artsy stationary company www.iambibb.com might be moving to Astoria very soon. I'm putting out the feelers for a work space to rent. We're looking for a space that's around 400-500 sq ft. Warehouse, Office, Art Studio, Commercial, Clean Residential basement, Clean insulated garage space etc. Mostly shelves of greeting cards, coasters, boxes, packing material etc. We’d need internet and a warm and dry space. We’d be looking for some thing long or short term. Angela my manager would be working in the space 10-15 hours a week usually in the mornings. She might also have an assistant helping her assemble products from time to time. If the space is large enough I'd set up a small art studio to paint and work on artwork and illustrations.
