Looking for someone for property manager gig. I am a private property owner who wants to catch up on some deferred maintenance and wants to gradually improve my property. Person will complete various tasks. This week I need someone to pull weeds and cut grass with an electric lawn mower and weed wacker.. Other weekly projects include painting a metal gate, replacing and painting a part of a wooden porch, lay down drainage pipes, helping sort out junk for the dump, setting up a pad to put a trailer on and anything else you notice that needs to be done or whatever projects arise. I prefer someone with verifiable references.You will be an independent contractor and will be paid weekly. Nedd you to be honest, trustworthy and independent.
