Description
Hey Mason Albert, I'm not going anywhere, and neither is TEXIT. Unless you have a PhD, you are not going to prove that somehow you are more educated than me. The Texas Constitution came after the US Constitution when Texas was its own country. The US Constitution is not a suicide pack but a contract among equal nation states. Limited powers and carefully outlined duties are given to the federal government with all else being left to the states to decide for themselves. Read the 10th amendment sometime. The word your 2nd rate socialist education has deprived you of is... federalism. Here is a little Latin phrase you may want to look up: Nullum crimen sine lege. Read the US Constitution over and over and you will not find any clause stating that a state could not leave the union. That fact, plus the freedom found within the 10th amendment of the US constitution, as well as Texas's own constitution's Article 1 Sections 1 & 2 leaves Texas the right to determine its own destiny. All political power resides in the people of Texas, not some keyboard justice warrior making threats of physical harm for someone you disagree with online. Perhaps you can contact the TNM directly at their website and challenge them to a public debate. Eloquence like yours deserves a debate stage, live streamed for all to see. Like Representatives Clardy and Leach, you do not have the courage nor intellect to do so. Neither do you have the courage to spend three rounds in the cage as I see your email did not include your address, phone, or daily schedule particulars. Mason's emailed eloquence (and Keyboard Only Courage) that prompted this response: Hey Trump Twink fruit: US CONSTITUTION REPLACED ALL OBSOLETE *STATE CHARTERS* OVER A CENTURY AGO. CONFAGGERATE TEA BAGGOT KKKUNTS LOST. Get an education TrumPuTin Pinko Faggot Trumptard Dumbass. Before AMERICAN fists tell you how we roll. Do you understand fruitcake? Don't like it? Leave!! Immediately. Nobody will miss you CREEP!!
