Looking to add an experienced Warehouse Facilities Lead person to oversee projects and tasks to keep our business moving daily. The person we are looking for has a go-getter, positive, energetic attitude that wants to get things done consistently and enjoys going above and beyond to help our crews and staff grow our business. Responsibilities: - The Warehouse & Facilities Lead is a hands-on position that will support projects, operations, facilities, maintenance, storage organization, customer service with Rental dealership, inventory of materials and equipment - Oversee organization and cleanliness of warehouses and truck yard - Responsible for maintenance of all fleet trucks - Inventorying of equipment, supplies, materials - Coordinate all crews and trucks to leave on time - Report to Management issues, concerns, ideas on how to improve day to day operations - Complete daily checklist of tasks, projects, reporting daily. - Assist in loading and unloading trucks for transportation - Help stock trucks daily of supplies and report to MGT shortages/needs - Must have box truck driving experience (not necessary but preferred) - Scheduling and logging maintenance - Facilities duties include sweeping, trash collection, etc - Service front desk operations and sales with local customers for supplies - Inspect and repair equipment as needed after every project -Track the location and status of all equipment in the warehouse and in the field. Provide regular updates to management. - Ability to work up to 5-6 days a week. - Must have adequate form of transportation Experience: - Warehouse lead experience (At least 2 years or more) - Logistics and Warehouse experience preferred. - Comfortable lifting heavy items repeatedly. Up to 75 pounds. - Forklift Certified (preferred but not recommended) - Track record of self-directed experience with hands-on, organized, process driven If this sounds like you, please respond with a resume, contact information and availability for an in-person interview.
