41 sqft Bathroom in Park Ridge (near O’Hare and Rivers Casino) ready to be tiled. I have nearly if not all materials including tools and electric wet saw (see photo) with new blade on site for use if preferred. All plumbing is complete. Job is just for tile. - Surround is a 2”x4” glossy white subway. You will hang backer board. - Floor is 41 sqft and is a 9”x10” hexagon (see photo for tile and pattern). Floor will have been primed, leveled with concrete board in place ready for tile setter action. Please respond with the following if interested: - How much?
