41 sqft Bathroom in Park Ridge (near O’Hare and Rivers Casino) ready to be tiled. If it helps, here’s a link to a video explaining the job: I have most, if not all materials including tools and electric wet saw (see photo) with new blade on site for use if preferred. All plumbing is complete. Job is just for tile. - Surround is a 2”x4” glossy white subway. You will hang backer board (example of these is shown in photo with shower head - just the white tile will be used for this job) - Floor is 41 sqft and tile is a 9”x10” hexagon (see photos for tile and another for the pattern desired). Floor will have been primed, leveled with concrete board in place ready for tile setter action. Please respond with the following if interested: - How much?
