We are looking for Janitorial Personnel in the Healthcare environment to take care of our building and conduct cleaning, maintenance. The goal is to keep our building and rooms in a clean and orderly condition. This position will be a full-time position in the Tampa Area. These jobs are for Days, Nights, and Weekends Shift positions. Will provide with companies benefits. This is a W-2 opportunity. Responsibilities • Clean and supply designated building areas (dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning ceiling vents, restroom cleaning, etc). • Perform and document routine inspection and maintenance activities. • Conduct heavy cleansing tasks and special projects. • Notify management of occurring deficiencies or needs for repairs. • Cooperate with the rest of the staff. • Follow all health and safety regulations. Skills • Proven working experience as a janitor. • Ability to manage heavy equipment and machinery. • Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies. • Familiarity with Material Safety Data Sheets. • Integrity and ability to work independently. • Must have a neat appearance, most be honest, respectful, and dependable. Requirements • Must pass Background Level I. • Must pass Health Screening. • Be able to work every other weekend. • First shift must be able to speak English.
