Hiring someone to strip and prep deck for new staining and sealing. Will require wrapping wrought iron rails and moving of deck furniture prior to stripping. THIS IS A MULTI DAY PROJECT, but not necessarily consecutive days - deck needs to dry out before applying new stain. This is a two-level deck with drop off. Pay is $25/hr; paid daily. Nice chunk of change for the flexible person. Materials are provided; your timely and prompt arrival at job is needed. Attention to detail are necessary; will not accept sub-par, sloppy work.
