Developing the Leaders of Tomorrow! Children of the Future is Now Hiring Full-Time and Part-Time Teachers! Are you someone that has a love for teaching and pouring into the lives of children? If yes, we are looking for YOU! This role will assist with a variety of duties from classroom and meal preparation, supervision, tutoring and mentorship. Pay starting at $14.25 per hour up to $19.75 per hour! WE ARE OFFERING A SIGNING BONUS UP TO $1,500!! We are here helping to support the parents in the upbringing of their child(ren)’s lives. We exist to provide a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for your child(ren). We are currently Licensed for 12 children, from ages 2 years old through 12 years old. Work Schedule Hours of operation are Monday-Friday from 6am-6pm; Saturday-Sunday on a case-by-case basis. Note: Reduced Covid Hours are from 7am-5pm. Full-time is 35 up to 45 hours per week. Applicants must be at least 18 years of age. Part-time is 10 up to 20 hours per week. Applicants must be at least 15 years of age. The Job Maintain a safe and clean learning environment. Spend parts of the day outdoors in all weather. Maintaining proper ratios, always keeping children in visual range. Prepare a classroom for each day, including lifting and moving chairs and tables as needed. Model appropriate, cooperative behavior for children. Assist in homework help. Ability to assist children with remote school learning in a childcare setting should schools switch online. Ability to manage multiple tasks. The Qualifications Proof of COVID vaccination card (We provide masks daily). Reliable and Dependable. Must be able to pass a WA state background check by first day of employment. Must be willingness to take a basic childcare course (within 90 days of hire). Must have or be willing to acquire CPR/First Aid Blood Borne Pathogens (within 30 days of hire). Must have or be willing to acquire current and cleared TB test and proof of MMR immunization by first day of employment. Must have or be willing to acquire WA Food Workers Card by first day of employment. Must have or be willing to acquire Safe Sleep Training. Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds.
