EXPERIENCED HOUSEKEEPER NEEDED FOR NICE FAMILY! UNION SQUARE / CHELSEA MANHATTAN NYC Live-out Mon-Fri & the schedule is flexible! $27-$30 NET PER HOUR DOE. You choose to work 30 or up to 40 hours per week. Example: 8 am - 3 pm, from 10 am - 6 pm, your choice of hours within reason. 1 day a week the family would like the housekeeper to work from 2 or 3 pm - 9 pm so that the parents can go out. Deep cleaning of the whole apartment, deep cleaning & scrubbing bathrooms, mopping, dusting, vacuuming, wash dishes, unload dishwasher, wipe down shelves, clean out refrigerator 1X a week, laundry / folding neatly putting in the closet neatly, breakfast light prep & clean up occasionally, change & wash bed sheets, organizing household items/closets- keep it neat! Clean oven / fan / dusting a/c units when needed, dusting furniture, be willing to play with 3 sweet kids / put to bed occasionally. Caring for the kids is less than 5% of this job. MENTION JOB 248CM
