Qualifications:
Excellent communication skills are a must. Bilingual preferred.
Must have extensive knowledge of maintenance, HVAC, plumbing equipment.
Valid EPA/Universal certifications are highly desired.
Responsibilities:
Responsible for the daily repair and upkeep of the property.
Responsible for maintaining the grounds and assisting the groundskeeper daily.
Responsible for the care, maintenance and inventory of all supplies and equipment owned by the property.
Responsible for the supply and upkeep of all personal and property tools.
Responsible for reporting unusual or extraordinary circumstances regarding the property or residents.
Responsible for maintaining the required property uniform and ensuring a professional appearance and attitude always.
Responsible for cleaning the work area, tools and equipment.
Responsible for courteous, efficient response always.
Responsible for a thorough knowledge of management company policies and property community policies.
Responsible for seeking educational opportunities and self-improvement for personal growth and development.
Responsible for being available to work on an on-call basis.
Responsible for securing the maintenance shop(s) at the close of every workday.
And anything else that the CM feels falls into the Maintenance Tech’s job description
