Must rehome this weekend or is going to a shelter

Needing to rehome a dog, he is medium/big size super Melo and calm, can be stubborn but he is the easiest dog to have in the house if you can give him the attention he deserves, I work 13 hours a day and he is slowly getting into stuff outside and digging out if I leave him out all day, causing my neighbors to have a problem with me because he goes over to their yard I feel bad leaving him locked up in a kennel 13 hours almost daily. I also travel for work and have to leave with with a friend that has told me she can no longer keep him.
