Dog needs good indoor home with big fenced yard

Hello. We have a dog that was dumped on us with a possible cruciate ligament tear and we can no longer afford to treat. Any rescues, fosters or permanent homes will do with a home check. I will bring her to you if I think you will be the right fit for her. She will need training as we have not been able to do much of that with our situation. So far we have done her spay, shots and microchip and are watching her ligament with an anti-inflammatory? (The vet was vague on the tear thing.) I don't think it's helping her keeping her in our garage. There are no shelters or even animal control where we live and no rescues were able to help. If you are capable, can you help her? Update: I was working with her today and she seems good to go with everything except for jumping. She may heal by herself, which would be better than something fake being put into her body which cannot regenerate.
