Plumber to do picote and hydrojet clean out of blockage

We have a historic home near downtown Phoenix. There is a complete blockage in the mainline around 27 feet outbound. There may be root intrusion from an oleander, maybe not. Clean out is inside the home. I'm looking for someone who can do picote method that comprises of running a cable with an attachment on the end that has chains and sharp blades. The cable whips this attachment around, which breaks up a lot of the corrosion and build up on the cast iron line. The picote blades will be able to penetrate through the obstruction in the line and give us a better insight as to what is causing the blockage. And then Hydrojet the line to remove anything we have broken up and whatever detritus we removed from the obstruction. Also, are you able to apply epoxy liner included, which restores the condition of the cast iron line with a liquid liner, that cures into a similar lining to that of ABS.
