Pavers laid today and landscaping

Hi, We are a landscaping company in Aurora. We are looking for someone this morning who can help out one of our guys who is doing a paver job. It is a big job and we have more concrete and paver jobs after. ALSO: looking for landscapers. Experience with rock, mulch, retaining walls, artificial turf, cleanups, mowing, edging, hedging, fences- etc. Just to weed out replies- No you can not bring your brother, roommate, partner or girlfriend with you. Yes, you must have a vehicle. Your parents, girlfriend, 4 friends in a shady looking car can not drive you. Payday is Friday. It is a 1099 job. In order to weed out who is serious about working and who is just showing up pretending to want a full time deal- we are sticking to regular paydays. You must be able to get venmo, zelle or check. Pay is 25 an hour. Our guys get surprise random bonuses for being punctual, doing a good job, being reliable and just caring about the work they do. Starting this morning and going until about sundown there is enough work for 7 days a week all day with several crews. This is a seasonal job, we work a lot. Generally 7 days a week but do take occasional days off. Specifically looking for a helper for pavers, someone to spread mulch around noon and someone with general experience.
