JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: Employee will function as a custodial assistant supervisor; will coordinate and direct all aspects of the custodial department. The employee will supervise and manage all resources under his/her jurisdiction, organize and implement training for clean facilities at all Spartanburg Community College campuses. MINIMUM AND ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS: High school diploma plus three years’ related work experience to include one year in a supervisory capacity. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Strong supervisory experience and technical knowledge of all phases of janitorial floor care, preferred.
