Trained Black German Shepherd 'GSD'

His name is Ryder and he'll be 3 years old on March 18, 2022. He was trained in german at Got Your Back K-9 Life because my personal protection red & black long haired GSD was trained in Germany in the german language of course. I wanted one word to command both dogs at the same time, but they weren't trained in tandem, so it became more of a competition than a joint command. To further complicate things, Ryder's prey drive makes it impossible to let him around our 3 cats! And because our 3 cats have a loving relationship with our Red & Black GSD Scout and our Rottweiler Jake, I'm always terrified they'll dart out of their bedroom to see their Scout and their Jake and Ryder will see them as prey. Well I've worried about it enough and I'm losing sleep worrying about Ryder hurting or even killing one or more of my little babies. Ryder needs a yard to protect, new parents that he can love, that will love him back and in a perfect world...a teenager to love, play & bond with. This is a lotta dog for two grand (his training was $1500) and he can only go to the perfect home. My husband often says "You can adopt a child easier than you can get a re-homed pet from Jessica!" I intend to ask questions and I'd like to see the property where he'll be living. No apartments please, no unfenced yards (so he has room to run and play) no one that wants to fight animals or wants them to live outside. I know I sound very picky...that's because I am! He is fixed, UTD on all shots, and current with flea and heartworm prevention.
