Our team is paid well. We offer a highly competitive base pay with opportunities to make additional money through attendance incentives and production bonuses. Additionally, we have a bonus referral program, paying employees $1,500 per successful hire (conditions apply). Our crews have a regular schedule and generally work 7:30 am – 3:30 pm shifts. What’s more, we schedule regular training for our teams as well as fun company events like bowling, barbeques, and corn hole tournaments. We want our employees to grow and develop in their careers, and we provide professional development assistance for further learning outside of our in-house training. For employees living in the New Bedford area, we offer a free daily shuttle to and from the Cape daily. Presently we have the following positions open: Landscape Foreman - $25-$30 /hour Irrigation and Land Care Foreman - $26-$32 /hour Land Construction Foreman - $27- $40/hour Landscape Laborers - $20 - $25 *Must be licensed with a good driving record.*
