I have a 2 story house plan, 1st floor is garage, 2nd floor is living area. 650 sq. ft. per floor. Concrete block construction with hardy plank (or similar) concrete lapstrake siding. Simple angled flat asphalt shingle roof. On my property in the Lakeland area. Seeking a responsible builder/contractor to build this simple (small) home.
