The Insulation Company is expanding and looking to add an insulation installer to our team! If you're looking for stable work and a fantastic work environment then you've found the right company! The Insulation Installer position is full time Monday-Friday with occasional Saturday installations if necessary. Position requires working with a helper. Warehouse is located in Safety Harbor, Florida. Work truck provided during business hours. WE PAY WEEKLY- Pay rate based upon experience. Paid piece rate during 30 day probationary period with opportunity for increase after 30 days. Position Requirements: *Must be able to enter/crawl through narrow spaces in attic ***Clean driving record, ability to drive box truck, and valid driver's license *Must be able to lift 50 pounds Daily Tasks:  Load and unload insulation materials  Load blower machine with fiberglass and cellulose. Blow to appropriate depth/density  Use common hand tools such as knives, scissors, saws, and staple guns  Complete prep work for installation may include foaming penetrations, caulking gaps, etc.  Properly maintain equipment and tools  Cut sections of Batt insulation to the proper fit, install in walls, ceilings, and floors, as required  Install vapor and air barriers as needed  Follow safety guidelines and procedures  Ensure clean job site  Other duties as assigned Reply to this post with a resume and/or relevant experience, and provide your contact information.
