You must enjoy working in a variety of conditions, inside and outside. The qualified candidate will perform outside home repairs, animal exclusion work, and pest remediation for residential and commercial properties. You must be able to work skillfully with small tools, climb ladders and walk on roofs comfortably. In addition, you must be able to work independently, have strong organizational and communication skills, would be neat in appearance, a good communicator, and unafraid of bugs and nuisance wildlife.
