We are hiring a reliable, dedicated team of MERCHANDISERS to help with a store remodel in Troy, Missouri. We will be moving, setting up shelves and putting products on the shelves per planogram settings. IMMEDIATE HIRE $18/hr ($720 per week) $250 sign-on bonus $$ Referral bonus (Each time you refer someone to work, get qualified and hired on, you receive a $2/hr bonus as long as they work the project through.) W2 biweekly pay SHIFT: Sunday (night) - Thursday (night) 9 hour shift with a one hour meal break. Starts Immediately and runs at least 3weeks with the possibility of an extension. REQUIREMENTS and ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: Must have reliable mode of transportation Must be dedicated to working the project from start to finish Must be able to Read, understand, and work with planograms. (Training provided) • Safely break down sections in an orderly manner to allow customers to still shop in that aisle • Re-position shelving and place product according to updated schematic • Clean-up work area • Complete forms and report section completion to retail store and immediate supervisors • Can work independently with little supervision • Be professional and helpful when dealing with customers • Maintain good relationship with store management team and staff • Comply with the established guidelines, especially those regarding timeliness, productivity, teamwork, communication and clocking in/out guidelines • Practice safe lifting • Must be able to perform essential job functions of this position with or without reasonable accommodations MINIMUM POSITION QUALIFICATIONS: 1. High school diploma or GED equivalent 2. At least 18 years of age and legally able to work within the US 3. Ability to read, write and communicate fluently in the English language MINIMUM PHYSICAL ABILITIES: 1. Remain standing for several hours at a time 2. Lift, push or pull 25 lbs. or more 3. Continuously reach up and bend down, kneel, squat, reach in all directions and have unlimited upper and lower body mobility 4. Lift and extend 10-15 lbs. above the head, sometimes repeatedly 5.
