Looking to rehome my beautiful American Akita Maui. He's a good and loving dog with some abandonment issues and just needs a home where he can be given the attention he deserves. He is well trained and well behaved in good company, but panics when left alone. He is great with children but does not do well with other pets. He was given to me with the impression that he would be with me for a temporary placement as a foster dog but almost a year and a half later and he has not found his forever home yet. At this point I would just keep him but I am expecting twins and it is a lot for me to manage on my own. Asking for a small rehoming fee to ensure he goes to a good home.
