Property management company in Gainesville searching for cleaners and cleaning teams to clean Airbnbs. We have 25 in town, and are looking for a few cleaners to take on at least 3 properties each. There are usually 8-12 cleanings per month, and they occur at 10am or 11am. You must have your own transportation and bring your own cleaning supplies, and be very reliable as often we have guests checking in the same afternoon at 4pm. Linens/towels must be changed. All units have washer/dryers and extra sets of linens. Cleanings do occur on the weekends as well, so candidates must be available on the weekends.
