One week until I leave and I will have to find a shelter to take him, which I don’t want to do.
3year old American akita, male brindle(purebred, have papers but never registered) 100 lbs, neutered.
I’m going to be traveling for work and I won’t be able to take him with me as he’s too big, and I’ll be working longer hours, which isn’t fair to him.
He’s house trained, mostly an indoor dog. Raised with cats, as you can see. He plays well with other dogs at the parks. I don’t know how he will do with younger kids, so I don’t recommend it -unless- your kids know not to antagonize a large bear
He is very smart, i trained him for a few wordless commands, sound and sight.
He will come with a crate, his dog bed, a 40lb food container with some food (and please keep him on the food, unfortunately he has a sensitive stomach, but I’ve done the hard work of finding the right food), and quite a few toys. I’ve got a kong harness I use for taking him out, 2 different stretch leads…. Quite a few things for him.
Rehoming fee applicable, negotiable to a degree. Thank you.
