Repair wall damage on high ceiling

Description

We have some damage to our ceiling from a previous leak from skylight. The roof was fixed and the leak was stopped a long time ago, but we never repaired the ceiling damage as it was too high. We need someone with scaffolding to repair the wall damage and repaint. We have paint but the contractor would need to bring other supplies.
