Looking for a acoustic guitar picker

A group of older guys (some retired, so you know what I mean by "old") have formed an acoustic band for the purposes of self amusement and possible monetary benefit. We have rhythm guitar, bass, and percussion, but are in need for a guitar picker who can handle lead parts and add enhancing riffs and arpeggios to the songs of the Eagles, CSN&Y, America, John Hiatt, CCR, etc. You do not need to be a Steven Stills or Tommy Emmanuel, but if you are a better than average guitar player and you have some chops, you are probably good enough for us.
