Fundraising happy hour for non-profit charity Baltimore Urban Baseball Association (BUBA). Food by the famous "On Brazil Time" food truck! 1st Annual BUBA Happy Hour Fundraiser! Drinks! Brazilian Food! Open Batting Cages! Home Run Derby! BUBA provides free high-end structured athletic programming, enrichment activities, support services, and mentorship for all Baltimore City Public School students. In addition, they provide free facility access and training to all minority athletes. Baltimore Urban Baseball Association (BUBA) is a community-based organization dedicated to increasing opportunities for youth, primarily minority youth, living in Baltimore City. BUBA’s objective is to grow the academic, athletic, and social skills of at-risk youth and enhance their quality of life by coaching, mentoring and educating through baseball and softball. Our mission - rejuvenate urban baseball while cultivating community, cultural diversity and youth development in all aspects of the game. BUBA’s vision is to build community, culture and uplift the practice so it is once again viewed as a primary youth sport. Additionally, BUBA aims to gain recognition for offering some of the best opportunities for Baltimore City youth.
