Perhaps you should go back to 8th grade/high school social studies and read WHY we have a legislative branch in the first place. The three branches were created so one branch doesn’t wield all the power. I understand that you don’t believe that Congress isn’t doing an effective job, but your solution is to just get rid of them so that one branch is passing all the laws… Which is what they’re doing now? Didn’t think that through? When Trump passed his travel ban, SCOTUS stepped in and said “nope, unconstitutional.” Checks and balances. Read what that is.
