Practice along the cliff side of the Lora Hotel Downtown Stillwater. Enjoy a 60 min. Yin/Vin practice that includes breathwork & meditation Find your flow on the outdoor deck of the LORA HOTEL overlooking the beautiful St. Croix River in Stillwater. Every Thursday at 830am-930am join Sarah Cherry of Live Your Truth Yoga for a beautiful combination of breath work, yin, and vinyasa yoga. Please register ahead of time as deck space is limited. $20 per person * Please arrive 10 minutes early to check in and bring your own mat and anything else to support your practice.
