Project Manager Job Description
Duties
Getting photos of Job sites/Inspections
Estimating various projects using Xactimate software
Driving to and from job sites to estimate/inspect progress of work
Managing subcontractors and budgeting for each project
Notes in office pertaining to progress and completion of jobs
Coordination and constant communication with Office staff, other Project Managers and
Subcontractors for a smooth process
Manage the entire permit process from start to finish for jobs that require it
Communication with customers on progress and updates/Excellent customer service
Handle multiple projects simultaneously from start to finish
Details
Looking for Full time position to fill
Must be a motivated and fast paced individual capable of problem solving and efficient
performance within the construction industry
Must have prior experience with construction Project management
Opportunity for commissions available depending on performance
Must be organized and diligent with their work
Pay Rate
