Join the Athletics Family and Little River community for a workout that is fun, challenging, engaging, and a sample of how we train smarter to achieve your goals.. Whether you train every day or once a week, the Athletics Family is home to everyone that values their health and wellness and is willing to work to improve it! The workout is started with a 15-minute warm-up period, then a 40 minute HIIT circuit with minimal weights, and followed by a cool-down period and a team stretch.
