Strengthening Families Program (SFP) for Parents & Youth 10-14 Years
Whatcom WSU Extension and United General is offering facilitator training for this research- and evidence-based, internationally-recognized best practice model of youth prevention. The training will cover implementation strategies in your community for Strengthening Families Program (SFP).
• Cover best practices for facilitating the 21 parent, youth, and family sessions in the curriculum
• Include the latest updates on Strengthening Families research that is happening in Washington State
• Help participants and organizations develop an implementation plan for successful programming in the community
• Offer 17 CEU's from NWESD
All 3 days training are required for certification, which will give you eligibility to be paid for Delivering SFP 10-14 with a team in your community
