An evening workshop on anxiety management and the art of self-care
Anxiety and stress can be hard to manage, leaviing one with a feeling of loss of control. By learning about how anxiety manifests in the brain and body, you can gain an understanding of how to better manage it using proven skills. Taking a hollistic approach, we will explore strategies and resources to encompass the mind/body/spirit connection. Workshop will be faciliated by two professionals in the field of mental health.
