ADV Property Services is seeking an Experienced Property Rehab person with 10+ years of actual hands-on experience! Must be proficient in, but not limited to the following: sheetrock installs, repair, taping & mudding, window & door install, carpentry, basic electrical & plumbing skills, painting, single family home roof repairs (leaks), deck repair, bathroom & kitchen repairs cabinet & countertop installs etc. we handle all aspects of home rehab. We are looking for someone with recent working experience, verifiable recent references, must be able to work alone or in a team environment, must be able to follow instructions and be able to trouble shoot issues, must have own tools and own transportation and must be able to start immediately if hired.
