Group functional fitness workout on the boardwalk at the beach at 17th street. As a part of the USO Experience Virginia Beach, the USO of Hampton Roads and Central Virginia invites you to join us and Emily Kramer of Kaizen Athletics to work up a good sweat and get the blood flowing to start your day. This Functional and adaptive fitness event will utilize the BeaverFit equipment and bodyweight resistance. All skill levels and abilities are welcome to attend.
