Vinyasa Flow lit by Candlelight and Immersed in Plants Begin your week in a clear state of mind and restored sense of self in our first-ever yoga and plant event at FAIT. This special vinyasa flow class will be led by our powerful goddess friend, Kina B. Joshua. Kina is a Mindfulness Coach who integrates a holistic approach to self-care including yoga, breath work, visualization, and nutrition in her practice. In this one-hour flow, we will combine music, candlelight, and plants with a vinyasa-style flow that allows tension to drain from your body as you breathe deeply and move with intention. Please bring your own yoga mat. This class is being offered by FAIT x KINA at a suggested donation of $10 and will be capped at 15 people to ensure a safe distance for all participants.
