Awareness into Action is hosting a FREE morning yoga class in Morningside park before we clean up the bay! We are thrilled to announce that we are back for yoga and cleanup with SeaKeepers International and Morningside Watersports!  Join us SUNDAY Jun. 5 to nourish ourselves with a great yoga class. Cleanup commences after the class. This is a great way to make new connections, explore our natural surroundings, and make memories with friends and family! Volunteers can rent kayaks at a discounted rate in order to pick up the trash that has gathered on the smaller islands. We will provide trash bags and gloves. All you have to bring is sunscreen, reusable water bottle, and hats/glasses! If you have signed up here you are all good for the YOGA! Donations welcomed! We hope to see you there! Morningside is a hidden gem but it has the potential to be a much more powerful community center. In addition to the various kayaking and paddleboarding tours hosted at Morningside, like the New Moon Healing Circle, we want to work together to create workshops, markets, educational seminars, clinics, clean-ups, etc. all tailored to community needs. We want to GET INVOLVED and DO WHAT WE LOVE.
