"Murph" workout followed by breakfast
Join the USO at the OAT Studio on Little Creek for a Murph challenge workout. We will be cooking up a delicious breakfast for participants to enjoy after the workout.
The workout consists of:
1 mile run
100 pull ups
200 push ups
300 air squats
1 mile run
These can be broken down into several rounds, or modified in any way as needed. All abilities are welcome.
