Yoga for All is an accessible and adaptable yoga class that stresses the importance of compassion, self-expression, and being present.
"Yoga for All" is grounded in the Health at Every Size (HAES) approach. The Association for Size Diversity and Health defines HAES as a continuously evolving alternative to the weight-centered approach to treating clients and patients of all sizes. In the lens of yoga, HAES will be implemented to make the sequence & poses accessible and adaptable to all bodies. Classes will be held in-person at our West Long Branch office on Mondays from 4:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m.
*Note: Due to COVID, all yoga classes will be held virtually until further notice.*
