Press release from the Suffolk County District Attorney: May 13, 2022 BOSTON, May 13, 2022— A man was arraigned in one Boston courthouse today and will face arraignment on a separate case Monday in two long unsolved rapes linked through DNA evidence, District Attorney Kevin Hayden said. IRVING PIERRE, 40, of Roslindale was arraigned in the West Roxbury Division of Boston Municipal Court today in connection with a 2013 rape. Bail was set in the amount of $25,000, and he was ordered to stay away from and have no contact with the victim and to surrender his passport in the event he is to be released. Pierre is expected to be arraigned Monday in connection with a 2007 rape of victim who was 16 years old at the time of the assault.
