Press release from the Town of North Andover: May 12, 2022 As we ready for Town Meeting, the Town will be presenting information every day on different warrant articles. Article 25: MSBA Approval for Kittredge School The Town has been accepted into the Massachusetts School Building Authority's Eligibility Period, which is the first step in determining the long-term solutionfor the Kittredge School. This vote is the first step in the process as we work with MSBA to determine the Town's financial and community readiness to enter the MSBA capital process. If accepted into the process, the Town would be eligible for approximately 50 percent reimbursement of eligible capital expenses related to the project.
