Hey Biden, where's the formula?

I saw someone tweet the title of this post the other day thinking how petty and little people can be... But it was a refreshing alternative to reading/hearing about the increased gas prices. So, while the media and the multitudes are in a hysterical, yet passionate, time of concern from the lack of Baby Formula, I did some research. The issue, in my eye, is not a lack of baby formula. If you think it's an issue, it is because the media wants you to think it is an issue and you are totally entitled to think whatever you want. Allow me, to provide actual issues which led to this pseudo issue: Between 20 Sep, 2021 and 11 Jan, 2022, the FDA received for reports by people like you and I about positive results of a pathogen after having consumed a particular product manufactured in a particular facility. The FDA conducted their investigation at this facility while the producer of product "voluntarily" issued a recall over a month after the last complaint. The producer conducted an internal investigation and has confirmed the presence of pathogen within their facility, but not the other pathogen mentioned in consumer complaints. The pathogen was found in a "non-contact" area where no product touches, but the people testing both the "non-contact" and contact areas must not realize the phenomenon of cross contamination. They are the same people who say they test product which has already been distributed. The product not in their possession, not on shelves in stores, but in your pantry, they tested it. No pathogen. The products they claim to have distributed, sold and is responsible for sickness, they tested those and found them to have no traces of pathogen. So their right hand says this while the left hand does something else and the people looking at the hands are the ones telling you there is a shortage, like there was with toilet paper, and it's happening while so and so is the president. Then some guy tweets about the situation and I post this and you read. Although producer reports no confirmation of pathogen in the batch, which would ultimately be an admission of fault and liability, they proceed to issue: "While Abbott's testing of finished product detected no pathogens, we are taking action by recalling the powder formula manufactured in this facility with an expiration of April 1, 2022, or later. No Abbott liquid formulas, powder formulas, or nutrition products from other facilities are impacted by the recall." The FDA has used this "opportunistic" incident to establish a group which is reaching out and coordinating supply chain intervention concerning matters of food safety, this and that. Imposing, recommending rather (semantics), this or that, applying leniency or exemption from this regulatory statute or that one, doing all this stuff outside the scope of their mission. More government, this is exactly what we need, not. Although the FDA closed their investigation 12 May, 2022, their overreach now extends into other industries and sectors, and they STILL recommend not using the recalled products. This might be because producer issued a 2nd recall, which is actually an expansion of the 1st (semantics), and people are dead. But apparently, media has you believing the issue is a shortage and supply chain issue, and some one tweeted about this and mentioned Biden and this led me here with you. This all comes over 10 years after other infant deaths following formulated baby food, not powdered, but liquid.... The culprit was one and the same pathogen, which has been studied and found to be "opportunistic" in adhesion to this, promotes that and is particularly favorable to "pathogenesis" when in conjunction with babies. This pathogen and it's genome testing has NOTHING to do with Covid-19, but I do encourage you to close your TikTok app and read a peer reviewed science article to draw your own conclusions. Maybe consider looking at the website of updated recalls to see the 20 or so other recalls which have been issued since this "Baby Formula Supply Shortage." https://www.fda dot gov/safety/recalls-market-withdrawals-safety-alerts https://www.fda dot gov/safety/recalls-market-withdrawals-safety-alerts/abbott-voluntarily-expands-recall-powder-formulas-manufactured-one-plant https://www.fda dot gov/food/outbreaks-foodborne-illness/fda-investigation-cronobacter-infections-powdered-infant-formula-february-2022?utm_medium=email&utm_source=govdelivery#recalled https://www.tandfonline dot com/doi/full/10.1080/21505594.2015.1036217
